A consortium of Nou Kollan Foundation Trading Company Limited, an enterprise of Bangladesh Navy, US based Pacific Energy Network and Lone Star Energy will implement the project at a cost of $2.70 billion. An agreement has been reached between the consortium and EPC Contractor CSEPDI of China to develop the facility.
